Both properties are furnished holiday rentals declared to their local authority. French law no. 2024-1039 of 19 November 2024 provides for a thirteen-digit national registration number, issued through an online service that is being rolled out one municipality at a time. The numbers for Le Rosa (Quend-Plage, Somme) and Le Simone (Villard-de-Lans, Isère) will be displayed here as soon as they are issued.
